The course is product of long time teaching Remote Sensing to engineers all around the world, mostly 1 on 1. Through that time a significant amount of quality material was prepared in such way that can serve as good starting point for all geologist, hydrogeologists, environmental engineers and others to dive into this fascinating discipline that is evolving every day more and more.
Carefully chosen and prepared video material is ordered in logical way enabling cost effective learning. Recommendation of different papers, books and pdf are also given.

Hello, my name is Dragan, I am founder of Environmental Modeling Solutions and an engineer of hydrogeology and environmental protection and great fan of both professions. Besides teaching and training engineers all over the world, I like constantly to learn something new.
I am currently on online specialization at the The Johns Hopkins University. During my doctoral studies, ten years ago, my mentors told me that I have "superpowers" to simplify and explain complicated engineering topics in an understandable way.
As a geologist by profession, I had first contact with remote sensing in my university days in 1996. At that time, satellite images from LANDSAT satellites were not free and I worked on analyzing airplane images.
As the beginning of the revolution in the application of satellite remote sensing in many scientific areas, it is possible to take the year 2007 when NASA and USGS enabled the free use of images from LANDSAT satellites from archives dating back to 1972.
I gained more knowledge in the field of remote sensing at the The Johns Hopkins University (Environmental Engineering in 2017 - (where I was admitted for online specialization).
In the past few years, I have held dozens of courses all over the world (United States, France, South Africa...), usually one on one or to more than one company engineers.
Currently I am working as consultant and educator in Environmental Modeling Solutions and as distributor of KARI KOMPSAT satellite images.
